Also…Skip the meat with meatless Mondays. You can eat low carb but make sure 50% green and at least 25% protein.
Fitness: Hit the gym! Cardio walk 45 minutes try to use one machine warm up 15 minutes and one machine intense cardio 30 minutes.
Strength Train: 15 minutes Abs and Arms today with videos below.
ABS & ARMS

Tip: Remember your results are 80% what you eat. Stay lean and clean.

Work It!
Fitness:  If you’re at home grab a fun cardio DVD.
Cardio: 60 minutes
Strength Train: Rest Day

GYM TIME
Fitness: 2 Miles walk at 3.5
Cardio: 45 minutes
Strength: 10 minutes Legs

Fitness: Get out and get some fresh air. Go on a brisk walk for 45 minutes.
Strength: Abs

Take a break and grab a cup of coffee or treat yourself to lunch today.

Beauty: Treat yourself to a nice spa pedicure. You deserve itJ
