Strength Train: 15 minutes Abs and Arms today with videos below.


Work It!
Fitness: Go to the Gym catch a fun Zumba or Fitness class. If you’re at home grab a fun cardio DVD.
Cardio: 60 minutes
Strength Train: Rest Day

GYM TIME
Fitness: 2 Miles walk at 3.5
Cardio: 45 minutes
Strength: 10 minutes Legs

Fitness: Get out and get some fresh air. Go on a brisk walk for 20 minutes.
Strength: Abs

Take a break and grab a cup of coffee or treat yourself to lunch today. Make a new work out play list for next week.

Beauty: Light some candles and take a soothing bubble bath and pack on a facial mask. You deserve itJ
